These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ubomoney platform. Please read them carefully before registering or using any part of the service. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

ubomoney reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold one account on the ubomoney platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ubomoney will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your login information. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact us immediately.
You must not share your account with any other person or allow third parties to use your account to access the platform.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using ubomoney, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the service. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access, scrape, or interact with any part of the platform without prior written consent.
- Engage in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity, including exploiting software errors or system vulnerabilities.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's code, systems, or infrastructure.
- Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language when interacting with any platform features that involve communication.
- Launder money or use the platform in connection with any criminal activity.
- Create accounts using false identities or impersonate any person or entity.
ubomoney reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these obligations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, and reporting to relevant authorities.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on the ubomoney platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods made available on the platform at the time of your transaction. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that the funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are not permitted.
Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures, which may include identity confirmation and review of recent account activity. ubomoney reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the completion of such verification. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply and will be communicated through the platform.
ubomoney is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. Transaction processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ubomoney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses related to gaming outcomes, technical failures, or interruptions to service.
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times.
Account Suspension and Closure: ubomoney reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, or inactivity for an extended period. In the event of account closure, any remaining balance will be returned subject to verification requirements being met.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures, which may include a review period.
7. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the ubomoney platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game content, and software, is the property of ubomoney or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
The ubomoney name and logo are trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
Third-Party Links: The platform may contain references or links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for informational purposes only. ubomoney does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
8. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
ubomoney reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Where a material change to these terms may significantly affect your rights, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the platform prior to the change taking effect.
